Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your email boxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email box account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply specify the email mailbox you wish to redirect messages from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
