Hepsia's File Manager section will let you administer the content of your site with simple point & click actions. Right-click shortcut menus offer rapid access to various file manipulation options, while user-friendly drag 'n' drop functionality will permit you to upload new files from your desktop PC in an instant. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to compress and uncompress files with ease as well.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your PC. The built-in drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to easily move files between your personal computer and the hosting server. Just select the file that you wish to upload from your personal computer and then drag it to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard disk drive. What's more, you can download files and even folders to your PC by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager user interface, you can create a brand new file or folder with only one single mouse click. All action buttons are conveniently located above the file/folder list and you can edit your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, see the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to compress and unarchive all types of files. It does work remarkably fast - just select the files you would like to archive and press the Compress button. You can even select the archive type (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a chosen folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager, you actually do not need any external software tools in order to update your files. There is an image viewer, which permits you to see the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually show up on your website. Also, you will find several integrated file editors, which will give you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more competent users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
